Who knew how much a sport could change my life? At fifteen, I had the idea to create a basketball program – for individuals of all abilities – that focuses on the development of life and social skills. This nonprofit program has come to be known as Easy Hoops. What was once only a sport to me has become a way to give back and empower many unique people.
"If you seek change, do not wait for somebody else to make it. If it truly matters to you, go change the world!"
- Ethan Rosen
I am a freshman at Northwestern University majoring in Economics and hoping to take classes in Computer Science and Business. Through high school, I led service boards associated with Autism Speaks, Leukemia Lymphoma Society, SCOPE, as well as the competitive business club, DECA. Each of these efforts allowed me to connect with unique, yet like-minded individuals. Outside of that, I love producing, analyzing, and listening to music as well as spending time with my family: I am close with my younger sister, Coco, my parents, and my grandparents, too.
